yes mate, commented on your 'tube' but once again, loving it so much more than the last one, you really look broad shouldered now dude! And your movements are a lot more dynamic now, you really can see the power behind the technique, great man,
Pete, I hope you do make it out this weekend mate... would be great to see you again.
Thanks for all the feedback fellas, I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Ben, haha... I have no idea when I'll start filming again now, I'm sick of carrying a camera around with me! Give me until the Summer and we'll see. =) It was indeed all filmed in and around Leicester.
Realy realy good video man, it shows how a lot of good conditioning pays off sooo much in parkour and makes movements a lot easier and you can absorb the impact in your movements so well and also gives you a lot more power, you still have soo much control aswel lol. Awesome stuff!
thanks a lot for the post matey, always good to pick up tips on your training structure, perked me up a bit now :) ima be in leicseter soon hopefully mate, j
Blane, it's been a while since we've spoken, but I've been wanting to drop a line and let you know that your progression is absolutely amazing! Every video you put out is another inspiration to train that much harder. If you ever find yourself on the east coast of the states, drop me a line and come by the gym! Keep up the great work!
yo dude i wanted to let it die down a bit befor i posted, the video is one of the best i have seen this year bar-non. from start to end i cant take my eyes of it..your flowe is visable in every transition, somthing im trying SO heard to get. I love the "swing to under-bar" (dont like to labe it tho) And your foot-work is cool, all in all im a big fan of your hard work on this one dude. posting a link to it on my blog to day, want my kids to see it. Thanks for your input Cable, means a lot coming from someone with as much experience in UK Parkour as you have. Looking forward to meeting up to train with you guys soon.
Ben - Yeah Shane was very helpful in offering hosting, I got it sorted out though by Andeh who kindly offered his services at the same time as Shane.

Haha don't worry, Blane! Just get training like we should be instead of waiting for more videos lol.
Yves, that would be cool, I'd love to train with you when you come to England. :-)
Just let me know the dates you are coming and we can arrange to meet up.

Ridiculously amazing work there Blane.
I'm glad you took your time to make this Video.
I think I might checkout one of those sales at Holland and Barrat next time there on, this Chocolate Protein stuff sounds nummy.
By the way I noticed on parkour.net that you are looking for somewhere to host a decent quality version of the video.
I can sort you soemthing out if you want, Ben Nuttall can vouch for my superb reliability. :P

Shane: "I can sort you soemthing out if you want, Ben Nuttall can vouch for my superb reliability."
Yeh I use his webhosting, it's helped me out no end. Very reliable since he paid extra to maintain it.
